I would like to take this opportunity to tell you what a great job Jim did today at my hearing. We met for about an hour before the hearing and he prepared me for just about anything that might happen. He explained in detail the procedure I could expect, and did everything he could to put my nerves at ease. I entered the hearing room with much more confidence that I could have otherwise mustered up. During the hearing Jim was extremely professional and cited my records from memory, including all my conditions, the names of my doctors, and even the chapters and codes of Social Security Law. He spoke with confidence, compassion and conviction. Jim gave credibility to all the claims I made of my conditions and diagnosis. With Jim's great work I am optimistic that I will get a full reward.

From my first conversation with you I felt very comfortable and know you were someone I could talk to and work with. After reading the 'disability horror stories', I was still hesitant to proceed.
