Emma Drozdowski Webb is the managing attorney of our Knoxville office and a Certified Disability Specialist, a distinction awarded by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. She has been a dedicated advocate for Social Security disability claimants since 2008 and is widely recognized for her deep expertise and commitment to this area of law.
Emma has been honored multiple times as a Top Attorney in Social Security Disability by her peers in the Knoxville Bar, as featured in Cityview magazine. In 2018–2019, she was named one of the Top Attorneys in North America. Her knowledge and leadership in disability law have led her to lecture at national conferences and earn recognition from local and regional bar associations, as well as community organizations.
A graduate of Tulane University and Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Emma is admitted to practice in both the United States Eastern and Middle Districts of Tennessee. She is a Sustaining Member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and currently serves on the Executive Council of the Tennessee Bar Association’s Disability Law Section.
Deeply committed to community engagement, Emma is active in several Knoxville-based organizations, including the Rotary Club of Knoxville. In her office, she keeps a framed drawing from a fourth-grade school project that reads: “The kind of lawyer I want to be helps other people that don’t have a lot of money.” That guiding principle continues to define her practice today.
Emma lives in Knoxville with her husband, Mark, their two children, and their family dog.
